In addition to Team Tube’s large inventory and same day processing and shipping capabilities, we have partnered with some of the best in the freight handling industry to ensure your orders are shipped on time and in good condition.
Same day shipping of in-stock product is our standard. Strategically located Team Tube branches means minimum delivery time to any destination.
Carriers
- LTL Common Carriers via flat bed or box van to any North American destination inside the US.
- Truckload contract carrier to any North American destination in the US.
- UPS or FedEx shipments to US and International destinations: Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or Ground.
- Delivery to local docks for barge shipment to Alaska and Hawaii.
- Air freight to worldwide locations - all Team Tube branches are located close to international airports. We are experienced in dealing with all aspects of air shipments, as well as export paperwork.
All products are shipped considering method of cartage in appropriate packaging to protect from damage. Special overseas packaging is available.
All Chrome and Nitro Bars and Chrome OD Tubes are packaged in either cardboard tube, cardboard tube and waterproof paper, or cardboard tube and wood crates.
Honed ID Tubing and Nitro Tubing are packaged with either steel sheet caps banded to each end, welded steel plates, or wood crates to protect the Honed ID.
Suitable to Hone, DOM, HFS, CDSM tubing are protected similar to honed ID tubing.
Driveline Tubing is packaged appropriately to protect during transit.
Hydraulic Fluid Line is packaged in cardboard tubes or hardboard boxing.

Boring
A process that allows the enlargement of a hole that has already been drilled
Size range: 1”ID to 26”ID
Honing
An abrasive machining process that gives you a smooth finished ID at your requested diameter
Size range: 1”ID to 26”ID
Gun Drilling
A deep hole drilling process that uses a long thin cutting tool to produce holes in metal at high depth to diameter ratios.
Size range .250” ID to 3.00” ID
Custom Chroming
This process provides durability and some corrosion resistance to your steel tubing or bar.
Size range: 1.5”to 24” Diameter
Trepanning
A hollow drilling process, that removes the core of a solid bar. Preparing it for custom honing or further machining.
Size range: 1.5”ID to 10”ID
Turning
Machines the OD of a bar or tube to your specifications.
Size Range: 2” OD to 18” OD
Production Cutting
Standard cutting tolerance: +1/16” to +1/8”
Color coding available upon request for large runs
