A deep hole drilling process that uses a long thin cutting tool to produce holes in metal at high depth to diameter ratios
Size range: 0.250" ID to 3.000" ID
Trepanning
A hollow drilling process, that removes the core of a solid bar. Preparing it for custom honing or further machining.
Size range: 1.5” ID to 10” ID
Production Cutting
Standard cutting tolerance: +1/16” to +1/8”
